I would like to start this blog of by saying hello to everybody. Whoa! It seems that time is just flying by as usual. I mean before you know it basketball season is going to be here, and I can ensure you that I am indeed ready for it too. As you know today is Wednesday and we all know what happens on Wednesday, we must conquer the beach. Yes, we are going to have another fun filled day of crueling beach workouts, and I do have a surprise for you all. I have some pictures from a regular day at the beach and I will let you be the judge.
As you can see it seems that we always have a exciting day on the beach, and I just can't wait until we go out there later today. On a serious note, I am so ready for the season and right now I have only 16 more days to wait and I am ready, trust me. Before I go I will like to leave you with a photo of a team that is about to really do some special things, and here it goes.
